The Single Point of Contact (SPOC) knows the client, the roles, and is always available to advise the client. The SPOC works proactively in the background and only approaches the customer if a potential risk is identified. The SPOC becomes reactive in critical cases and involves the customer in accordance with the existing SLA (incl. LIM & MOD).
Single Point of Contact (SPOC)
Why is the SPOC approach important:
- The SPOC checks the processes (incl. LIM & MOD) for effectiveness in case of threat.
- The SPOC works proactively in the background and only approaches the customer if a potential threat is identified.
- The SPOC becomes reactive in critical cases and involves the customer in accordance with the existing SLA (incl. LIM & MOD).
The real added value is proactivity and reactivity!
Proactive, because ITNB continuously checks the threat situation and, if necessary, proactively detects, isolates and combats known threats at short notice via "DesTra" policies.
Reactive, because the SOCaaS not only checks and reports every behaviour, but also reacts directly to it.
