How the ITNB AG website uses cookies and local storage.

We keep tracking on this website to the minimum. We use one analytics tool, it is hosted in the EU, and it runs only after you opt in. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not share your data with third-party ad networks.
What cookies and local storage are
A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store, which is then sent back on later requests. Local storage is a similar browser store that, unlike a cookie, is not transmitted automatically with every request. This page covers both.
Our approach — opt-in by default
When you first visit, no analytics cookie is set and our analytics tool is not even loaded. You will see a short banner offering Accept or Decline:
- If you Decline (or simply ignore the banner), nothing beyond the strictly necessary item below is stored, and no analytics runs.
- If you Accept, our analytics tool loads and sets the cookie described below.

The analytics tool in detail
Our only analytics tool is PostHog, running on PostHog Cloud EU (servers in the European Union). When you have accepted, it records anonymous usage events — page views, the page you arrived from, an approximate region derived from your IP address, your browser and device type, and basic performance metrics.
We use this only to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not build advertising profiles, we do not sell or share this data, and there is no cross-site or third-party advertising tracking.
Withdrawing or changing your consent
- Declining takes effect immediately — analytics stops and is not loaded on future visits.
- To withdraw a previous Accept, clear this site's cookies and local storage in your browser. On your next visit the banner will appear again and you can choose Decline. In most browsers this is under Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data (choose "Cookies and site data" for this site).
The contact form
When you submit the contact form, the details you enter are emailed to us so we can reply. This uses Microsoft 365 and does not set any tracking cookie.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its "last updated" date above.
